Position Title:  Utility Person/Security Officer
Status:  Part Time Position
Salary Range:  $14.00/hour
Department:  Huntington Harbour, California

Summary:

Sunshine Makers, Inc. is the manufacturer of Simple Green® the leading non-toxic, biodegradable, environmentally safer product used for household cleaning, industrial cleaning and professional and institutional applications. We provide a full range of benefits including 401K and medical. We are looking for an individual who values working as a family team in accomplishing our mission statement.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous Security Officer experience a plus
  • Must currently have or meet qualifications for Guard Card
  • General computer skills, MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to operate in a safe and efficient manner a forklift and pallet jack
  • Good organizational and housekeeping skills

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor arrival and departure of Sunshine Makers and sign In guests in building lobby
  • Coordinate all deliveries to building
  • Monitor cameras in lobby
  • Make rounds of building to check safety of water pipes interfacing with fuel dock personnel
  • Perform general building maintenance inspection
  • Replace light bulbs throughout the building as needed
  • Stock Sunshine Maker break area, change water bottles and make coffee
  • Additional hours may be required in support of vacation shifts
  • Complete projects from various departments as needed
